Thank you for your interest in hiring our Main Hall, Alec Moore Room or other facility.

Main Hall

Our Main Hall, with sprung dance floor, is charged at a standard rate of £20 per hour for week-day use and £24 per hour for evening or weekend use.  This rate is applied to business event and occasional hirers.

Our pricing policy grants certain groups of hirers a discounted rate for hire of the Main Hall. For example:

  • Weekly hire, for regular exercise and well-being groups, we offer the hourly day rate of £16 per hour, and, for evening and weekend hire it is £18 per hour.
  • Regular and occasional hire for Social & Community groups also benefit from the hourly day rate of £16 per hour, and, for evening and weekend hire it is £18 per hour.

To qualify as a regular hirer, you would need to book for three months in advance and pay in advance for three consecutive months.   After three months, regular hirers are invoiced monthly.  Payment is requested within 30 days of receipt of our invoice and is preferred via BACS - details are supplied on the invoice.  Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Conditions of License.

Please ask about current Main Hall availability.
